If you have entered your discount code and you notice that the amount is not properly applied, bear in mind that our discounts apply only to the amount payable at the hotel, not to the total amount of the reservation.
If other error message appears after you have entered the code, please check the following:
- Expiration Date: You should have been informed, via e-mail or through one of our agents of the validity of this code.
- Booking E-mail: Please note that some codes are valid for some e-mails. If you have made a reservation before with a different e-mail than you are trying to book now, you may not be able to apply it. Please try with the first e-mail that you booked.
